Have you ever been in need of making something because family and/or friends are coming over?, or you’re going to their place and don’t want to go empty handed?, well, here I´ll explain the processes to a easy to make and delicious dessert, the brownies, but I don’t mean brownies like ones sold at the store, this are different. To make the brownies, first you need to gather the next materials: 1 box of chocolate flavor flour, 1 ½ cups of water or milk, 4 eggs, 2 bars of cream cheese, ½ cup of sugar, vegetable lard or baking spray, sliced almond, chocolate chips, 1 tray or baking pan, 2 medium bowls, a mixer, a spoon and a spatula.

First turn on the oven for preheating, leave it at 360°C like for 20 minutes, in the mean time you can start making the mix, now take one of the bowls, the mixer, 2 eggs, the sugar and cream cheese; put the cream cheese into the bowl, pour the eggs and the sugar and start mixing it carefully until it has a creamy consistency, try it to make sure it has the right quantity of sugar, if not, you can add more sugar, make sure that the mix doesn’t have lumps of sugar and then leave the cream mix there, we wont need it until later.

Now, take the other bowl, the clean one, and put the flour into it, pour the rest of the eggs and the milk/water, use the mixer, it doesn’t matter if you didn’t cleaned it since the final mix will have cream on it, so it will eventually be on the mix, but don’t pour any cream from the first bowl into the second mix yet, now putting that matter apart start mixing everything carefully and again, make sure that you dont leave any lums of mix because it will cause the final pruduc to not get as good as it could get.

Now that we have the chocolate mix, pour it onto the tray which you need to make sure its covered with a thin layer of vegetable lard or baking spray for it to not stick to the tray, now that the mix its spread on the tray, grab the bowl with the cream and grab a spoon of it and pour it onto the tray, repeat this so that the brown from the chocolate on the tray haves cream spots on it on a dotted pattern; now you put the sliced almonds and chocolate chips as you like and you can grab a knife and move it on a wave pattern to give presentation to it and spread the cream, almonds and chocolates a bit, but that’s optional.

With the final mix on the tray you just need to place the tray on the already preheated oven, leave it at 180°C for 40 minutes and your brownies would be ready, just take them out and wait for them to cool down and you may cut them and serve them.
