How to cook "puntas al albañil"

If you like beef, but flavored with onions, peppers and more, follow the next steps. The "puntas al albañil" are very easy to do and quickly. The ingredients are founf anywhere and they're not very expensive. The ingredients are the next ones: 2 steaks, 1/4 of bacon, 1 onion, 4 or 5 green peppers, a clove of garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of ground black pepper, salt at choice, english sauce (if you don't have, you can use common soy sauce), and cooking oil (preferently olive oil). Follow the next steps to prepare the dish.

First, take a pan and let it heat for 2 minutes. Put the oil and extend it through the pan. Put the steak on a dish and add as much salt as you want on both sides. Put the meat to roast at low flame. When the meat begins to look brownish put it apart.

Next, dice the onion, the garlic clove, and the green peppers in very tiny pieces. Put them in the pan with little oil. Wait until the onion goes thin and yellowish and begin dicing the bacon. Put all together and add the black pepper. Add the english or soy sauce to the ingredients.

At last, cut in strips the previously roasted steaks. Add the strips to the bacon and the sautéed vegetables and put on more sauce. Cover the pan with a big dish or a top in order for the plate to absorb the flavors. Wait from two to five minutes so don't let the meat to overdone. Put the finished plate in a saucer and complement the beef with a garnish of rice or mashed potatoes.
